We have used Green Storage in Keswick for almost 2 years now. The facility is clean and well maintained. However, the best part about this location is Amanda! She has the absolute best customer service and is always helpful no matter what the situation. I am surprised that no one has recruited her yet. The next time I am hiring for a customer service role, I can tell you she will be contacted! Keep up the amazing job Amanda. You are what makes the experience there worth it! We will definitely go back to Green storage if needed just because of the customer service we have received.

I had a very positive experience with Green Storage. The facility was clean, well organized, and felt very secure. What really stood out was the excellent customer service especially from Amanda. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Amanda took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention. Thanks again, Amanda! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable storage.

Great storage facility. The storage unit was very clean as was the property. Easy to get in and out of the property. When we went to get the storage unit AW stayed late until we completed all the paperwork and made sure we were comfortable. She was so helpful at the beginning and when we went to cancel. Always saying "if there is anything you need, please reach out". Super friendly. Canceling was a breeze as well. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Amanda made it so easy and got me the perfect storage unit. Loved how clean and nice it is. Great job
